So hopefully I can offer you a place for then if one does not become available for October. If a place is available it is offered to the person at the top of the waiting list.

When I first read about the event on October I was so anxious to go to the event and when I checked back in the beginning of February there were no places left any more but only a waiting list:( How do we know how many people are on the waiting list? Is it possible that we are notified of a vacant place e.g. 5 days before the event?
