For the last lot I managed to find a round cutter that was exactly that size, but I'm sure a couple of mm either way is not that important. 80 does sound like a lot though!

I guess that we have to use the circle shapped cutter, and probably the biggest one... But do we have to make a hole on each element? Now that we are 80 participants, do we have to produce 80 poker ships ???
